Then the Formula Student Team Darmstadt (FaSTDa Racing) is the right place for you. The versatile student project at h_da offers you the opportunity to become part of an incomparable team!

Year after year, students from a wide range of disciplines work towards the common goal of taking a formula racing car from the initial idea to the racetracks of Europe. Together with over 50 like-minded people from fields such as electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering and online communication, they not only work full of motivation and drive, but also experience, laugh and learn a lot. In addition to designing the racing car, the team's current focus is on developing an electric powertrain and an autonomous system. However, more commercially talented students do not miss out at Formula Student either. You will be asked to develop and work out a business plan. You can also expand your knowledge for your studies and future professional life in training courses or practical work.

We are therefore looking for you to become part of our team and help us build FaSTDa Racing's first electric Formula Student car in several years! Thanks to a well-developed concept, FaSTDa Racing is currently able to work on the racing car. The team traditionally takes part in three international events. At prestigious tracks such as Barcelona, Spielberg and Hockenheim, not only the performance of the vehicle but also economic aspects are evaluated. This year, the team was able to celebrate several successes, including two first places with our business plan and further podium places in various disciplines of the vehicle, such as third place in the autocross in the Czech Republic.
