Combining study and practice

Many of our students at h_da are involved in one of the university's many study-related projects alongside their studies in order to put the skills and competencies they have learned directly into practice, to pursue an existing hobby or simply to make new contacts and pursue joint projects with other students.

Two of these projects are particularly popular with students in the MK department due to their technical nature:

• FaSTDa - the student racing team, which develops and builds a new racing car on its own every year
• Gauss project, which has set itself the goal of developing a fully electric motorcycle and the associated technology.
