Mechanical systems and modeling

The range of skills here extends from classic simulation with various numerical programs to modern approaches from the field of machine learning.

These can sometimes be combined in a meaningful way.

Modal analysis (numerical and experimental)

In line with the interdisciplinary orientation of our institute, we offer experience on both sides of modal analysis. From the calculation to the measurement to the adaptation of the model.

Automation of simulation processes

The automation of simulation processes is a basic component of variant development and component optimization. Commercial simulation packages offer such automation for easy availability, but what can be done if the existing numerical program is to be used?

There are many obstacles to a system change. The most important one is probably the existing experience and validation of the previous simulation process. Sometimes the possibilities of an "all-pupose" application are not efficiently applicable to the specific use case. Finally, the sometimes not insignificant costs are a hurdle.

This is where we can help with our experience.
